Right of Withdrawal (Cancelling a Purchase)

Should you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the following terms apply:

• You must provide unequivocal notice of your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract. This notification shall be sent to us at [email protected]. Your communication must clearly state your full name, postal address, email address, order number, and a precise specification of the item(s) to which the return pertains.
• The product(s) must be returned to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.
• You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, including responsibility for their safe delivery and condition upon return. Consequently, the product(s) should be returned securely packaged and in their original packaging.
• We reserve the right to deduct from the reimbursement an amount corresponding to the diminished value of the goods if such diminished value is attributable to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Returning a Defective Item (Claims for Defective Goods)

In the event that you receive a defective item, the following procedure applies:

• Any defects or faults must be reported to [email protected], providing your full name, postal address, email address, order number, and a comprehensive description of the defect.
• If we are unable to rectify the reported defect or provide a conforming replacement, you will be entitled to a refund for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For valid claims, we will assume responsibility for the return shipping costs.
• We reserve the right to reject a claim if, upon inspection, the product is found not to be defective within the scope of applicable consumer protection legislation.
