The film we've chosen for the entry sills is a glossy, transparent protective film made from polymeric PVC, with a thickness of 150 microns. It's designed for application on flat, slightly curved, and painted surfaces. Once installed, the film provides effective protection against mechanical abrasion, stone chips, and UV fading. The film can withstand temperatures between -40°C and +100°C, as well as short-term exposure to oils, greases, fuels, aliphatic solvents, and weak acids.

Quick Installation

The protective film is pre-cut and custom-fit for the cabin, ensuring a smooth installation. Installation is done using water, dish soap, a squeegee, and a heat gun. The film is delivered to the customer on a liner, and the parts to be installed are clearly numbered. A comprehensive installation guide is included, showing the placement of each part on the truck.

Delivery

The film will be shipped in a cardboard box along with the squeegee, installation guide, and spray bottle for the mounting fluid.
